One thing I have noticed is that most owners of contracting businesses are stuck in the same rut. Little to no profit, no growth, same results and no fun. Same thing different day! The problem is that pride gets the best of them. They are afraid that if they ask for help its a sign of weakness. The best contracting companies in the USA have all been in the same rut, but what makes them different is they found a way to get out. Get a coach & mentor. A good one will not tell you what you want to hear, but what you need to hear. Put pride aside and watch your profit grow and your fun meter explode.
