One thing I have noticed is that most owners of contracting businesses are stuck in the same rut. Little to no profit, no growth, same results and no fun. Same thing different day! A good one will not tell you what you want to hear, but what you need to hear. Put pride aside and watch your profit grow and your fun meter explode.
